Wonderful atmosphere, great staff and very friendly people

Springwood has been such a blessing. I’ve been here over 4 years and it has been such a Godsend. Melissa, our manager, is ... very kind and considerate and always willing to help the residents here. She is really efficient and excels at her job. Springwood is a quiet community that is very friendly and safe. Eric, our maintenance supervisor, is wonderful too. He is very good at his job and fixes things quickly. I recommend Springwood in Allen to anyone looking for a great place to live. Great Place to Live!

My wife and I have been here at Springwood at Allen since April of 2020, we love our small apartment, it has everything we ... need, (except the Million Dollar we were promise by Anna, HaHa!) Since this property was sold a little over a year ago, we have a new manager (Melissa) and new Maintenace person (Eric) they both have been doing an outstanding job! Melissa has always put out a monthly Calander, with lots of activities, we also have Coffee and Donuts every Friday Morning, and she also provides snacks and water the rest of the week! Thank-you! Eric does a great job he is fast in responding to fixing whatever is needed These two really help in making this place a Great place to Live! Again Thank-You to both of them!
